The Benefits of Being a Member
The biggest benefit is the peer networking opportunities. Getting to know each other makes it easy to share experiences, successes and failures, so that we can all do our jobs better.

Feedback and Conferences
Mi-GMIS participates in the GMIS listserve, as well as Forums and Listserves available through this site. Every fall, we have a 3 day conference in Michigan with speakers on relevant topics, a vendor exhibit area, and social opportunities to network with your peers. We also have Regional Roundtables every other month that are hosted by our users.  This gives us a forum for spirited conversations about our challenges, successes and current projects.

Government Member Conference Registration Fees

  • Full Conference - $100
  • Guest Pass - $75 (normally used for a spouse or child)
