All vendor booth reservations must be made in advance. Our venue, growing vendor attendance, as well as potential gathering size limits / impacts allowable conference attendees.  We're requesting that you carefully choose the sponsorship level to accommodate the number of expected attendees.  Additionally, there is a set amount of sponsorships allowed at each level (see above); there will not be an ability to upgrade your sponsorship after registration.  There also is no provision for additional vendor attendees, nor multiple vendor attendees sharing a single attendance spot (no attendee rotation).  If you must send more attendees, consider choosing a higher sponsorship level, reserving another table, reducing your attendee count or committing to an additional sponsorship (Badge Holder, Experience Room, Mobile App, or Registration Gift).

Take note of the registration type's attendee limit.  Be sure to choose a Vendor Registrant Type (sponsorship level).  Your first attendee is recorded along with the sponsorship.  We suggest that you only record the initial attendee, in order to complete your registration quickly.  Mi-GMIS will send out a subsequent email requesting additional attendee information as well as a high-resolution logo for Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsors.

Payment is required within 30 days of registration.  Failure to make payment by the 30-day deadline may result in your registration being cancelled.

Our Conference Program Committee works hard to create an engaging and educational event. Platinum sponsors are allotted a 1/2 hour time slot and can speak on a vendor-specific / product-specific topic (if they choose). Gold sponsors may participate on a panel session (topics pre-determined by the Session Committee).  

You may setup Sunday from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m.  Booth spaces are first come, first served.  Be sure to arrive early to choose your ideal spot.  You may leave your display up through Wednesday morning.

An informal reception is held Sunday evening. You are encouraged to attend. The event provides an excellent opportunity for you to get acquainted with our membership.  The reception features an assortment of finger food and beverages.

Our President announces vendor sponsorships at our opening session.  In addition, 1 representative from each exhibition table is encouraged to say a few words about their company.

Mi-GMIS sponsors a social event on Tuesday evening.  It usually consists of dinner and a networking opportunities.  Vendors are encouraged to attend this event.

Some of our vendors choose to provide a drawing item. You may decide to station a "fish bowl" throughout the conference to collect potential recipient's business cards.

All conference meals and events are included with your sponsorship. We strongly support vendor participation in the conference.

The first vendors to register and remit payment are entitled to puzzle pieces to distribute to government attendees. A completed puzzle makes government attendees eligible for the conference door prize.  We've found it to be an excellent way to encourage our attendees to visit our vendors.  To ensure your participation, reserve and remit payment early.
